Hi, I’m Jill — Midlife strength coach and personal trainer with 25+ years of experience. I specialise in helping women 40+ lose weight, build strength, and feel confident in their body again — without crash diets, punishment workouts or obsessing over the scales. I’ve coached hundreds of women through the exact struggles that hit in midlife: weight gain that feels unexplained, low energy, stress, poor sleep, cravings, and feeling like your body isn’t responding the way it used to. 
 My approach is simple and effective: build muscle, support hormones, reduce overwhelm, and create consistency. 
 Because the goal isn’t just to lose weight — it’s to feel strong, capable and in control again.

  • How do I know if this is right for me?
    If you’re a woman 40+ who wants to lose weight, build strength and feel more confident — and you’re fed up of yo-yo dieting or starting over — this is for you. The Hub gives you structure, support and accountability without extremes.
  • What happens after I join?
    Once you sign up, you’ll get instant access to the Members Hub. You’ll also receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including the link to join the private Facebook group and instructions for choosing the Home or Gym option.
  • Do I need to be fit already or have experience lifting weights?
    No. The Hub is suitable for beginners and improvers. You’ll be guided through the programme and encouraged to work at your own level, with options to progress as you get stronger.
  • What if I’m training at home — do I need equipment?
    You’ll need a set of dumbbells (adjustable is ideal). If you’re training in the gym, you can use dumbbells and/or machines depending on the plan you choose.
  • How much time do I need each week?
    Most members train 3–4 times per week, and sessions are designed to be realistic alongside work, family and life. You’ll also have a monthly coaching call and a monthly Form Check Day for extra support.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes — you can cancel your membership at any time through your account.
    You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
